The Role
As a General Insurance Claims Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling a diverse range of claims end-to-end, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients. Reporting to the Claims Team Manager, you will oversee a varied portfolio and work closely with our broader claims team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims across multiple product lines, including Liability, Construction, Motor Dealership, Plant and Machinery, and Commercial Property.
• Assess liability, policy terms, and quantum limits.
• Develop and implement effective claims strategies.
• Negotiate and liaise with insurers, assessors, and legal experts.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Provide top-tier service to clients, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of general insurance claims experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of policy wordings, liability assessments, and claims processes.
• Experience with commercial lines, construction, liability, and SME claims.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work in a high-volume claims environment.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications: Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation, or Bachelor of Law.
