ABOUT THE POSITON.

This is an opportunity for a Client-Side Project Manager who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the full lifecycle of a project. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide guidance and help mentor the junior members of the team. You will be pivotal to identifying risks and developing the strategies to mitigate them.

DUTIES.

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes
• Conduct site inspections, manage progress reporting, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
• Previous Client-Side Project Management experience.
• Previous experience with Residential, Commercial, Education, Health, Aged Care, Retail, or Hospitality Projects.
• Bachelor of Construction or equivalent.
