Client Overview: The client is a boutique consultancy in Brisbane, specialising in project and development management across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. Role Overview: The Client-Side Project Manager will oversee projects across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive project success in a dynamic, supportive team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial projects from planning through to completion.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Proactively manage and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure all stages of the project, from feasibility and design through procurement and construction, are managed effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and business growth.

About You:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the client-side space, with proven experience in commercial, retail, and/or industrial sectors.
• You have a strong understanding of project delivery, budget management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You are proactive in identifying potential project risks and developing effective solutions.
• You are based in Brisbane or are willing to work in Newstead.
