Connect People are seeking a highly experienced Plant & Reactive Civil Maintenance Manager to oversee a high-volume, low-value civil maintenance program. This role involves managing a team, handling subcontractor relationships, and ensuring efficient project execution.Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $170K, potentially up to $175K+ for highly experienced candidates.
• Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Location: On-site requirement
• Free on-site parking available.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee 4–5 supervisors and 1 project engineer, leading a team of approximately 30 personnel.
• Work Order Management: Handle a mix of high-volume, low-value work orders.
• Project Controls: Manage cost reporting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination under a Schedule of Rates contract.
• Civil Infrastructure Work: Oversee projects including footpath rectification, water leak repairs, burst water mains, and collapsed sewer mains.
• Software & Systems: Utilize Microsoft Suite, SAP and internal work order management tools.

Requirements

• Civil Infrastructure Experience: Essential for managing high-volume work in the water maintenance industry
• Project Controls Expertise: Experience in subcontractor and cost management, scheduling, and work order administration
