The Role

• Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines & budgets are met
• Leading & mentoring project teams to drive excellence
• Overseeing contract administration & financial reporting
• Managing client relationships & key stakeholder communication
• Ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards
• Identifying risks & implementing mitigation strategies

The Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
• Strong communication & leadership skills to engage teams & stakeholders
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or civil projects
• Proven ability to manage project budgets & contracts effectively
• Sound knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality compliance
