đź’Ľ Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (+ super)

Be the First to Shape This Role

National Audits Group is growing, and we’re introducing our first-ever Administrative Assistant in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of client operations, providing seamless support to our Sydney-based External Audit (EA) team while assisting other service and operational teams when needed.

As one of the first points of contact, you’ll manage phone reception and client interactions, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. If you’re vibrant, organised, and love engaging with people, this role offers variety, impact, and long-term career opportunities.

Your Impact

This role is more than administration—it’s about enhancing client experience, supporting teams, and ensuring smooth operations. Your work will help deliver high-quality audits, build client trust, and shape the future of audit.

· Be the friendly first point of contact – Manage incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, ensuring clients and stakeholders feel valued.

· Support the Sydney External Audit team – Handle client correspondence, reports, and engagement documentation, keeping the team focused and organised.

· Assist other service teams – Provide admin support to the broader EA team (hybrid and regional), Internal Audit, Compliance, and SMSF Audit teams, reducing admin pressure so specialists can focus on their expertise.

· Keep things organised – Maintain clear records and streamline communication, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

· Support office operations – Assist with scheduling, supplies, and facilities to create a productive and well-organised workspace.

· Step in where needed – Support People & Culture and Marketing with events, content, and engagement initiatives as required.

What You Bring

· Experience & qualifications – 2+ years’ admin experience plus a Certificate in Business Administration (nice to have but not required).

· Confident communication – Friendly, professional, and comfortable managing calls and emails. A background in customer service would help you thrive here.

· Organised & detail-focused – You handle priorities effortlessly and ensure everything is completed to a high standard and on time.

· Tech-savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn new systems. Ideally, you’ll have some familiarity with Canva.

· Proactive mindset – You take initiative, solve problems, and improve processes.

· Collaborative & adaptable – You work well with others, step up when needed, and keep things moving.

· Growth-driven – This role is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to develop your skills and carve your own path.

Why You’ll Love It Here?

At National Audits Group, our culture sets us apart. We believe in collaboration, growth, and making a real impact—for our clients and each other.

· Career Growth – Personalised development, internal progression, and continuous learning.

· Supportive Team Culture – Genuine teamwork and a workplace where your contributions make a real impact.

· Diversity & Inclusion – Proud D&I award winners, fostering a workplace where everyone belongs.

· Flexible Work – Hybrid options, flexible hours, and the autonomy to structure your day.

· Be Part of Something Bigger – We’re reshaping the future of audit, setting new standards, and driving change.
