We aim for our typical turnaround time from appointment to sale to installation, to be one week.

We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Consultant to join our existing sales team.

We have a fantastic Residential and Commercial Lead-Generation team (door knockers), as well as an appointment setter who sets your appointments, generated from 150+ weekly warm social media leads.

The Solar Consultant role would require you to attend in-home set appointments, to meet with prospective clients, discuss and work out a solar (and battery if needed) solution with them. We provide all the tools needed, i.e. sales calculator etc.. for you

If you prefer to sell over the phone/ tele-sales, we can also set up appointments with prospective clients, who prefer a phone consult, instead of in-home.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend pre-set in-home consultations (or tele-consultations) to assess customer needs and tailor proposals to maximize energy saving benefits.

Quote and Discuss/Pitch solar and battery solutions.

Follow up Appointments, close sales and manage the customer journey from consultation to installation.

Collaborate/ Work with Team however needed

Requirements:

Proven Solar sales experience required (in-home or tele-sales)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person homeowner interactions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Ability to work from home (as needed) and meet with Team as needed

What We Offer:

10-20 Pre-set Qualified appointments per week (some weeks even more than 20+) to maximize your selling opportunity.

Training on products and sales techniques/ support wherever needed.

$100 Per Kilowatt Flat Commission for Solar Sales

$50 Per Kilowatt Commission for Battery Sales

Sales Commission Paid weekly

Uncapped commissions.
