The agency is now looking for someone who can own the sales process, from prospecting to pitching and closing deals, working closely with the creative, editorial, and media teams to bring compelling brand campaigns to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving new business by identifying opportunities and securing partnerships predominately with brands direct and agencies.
• Pitching and selling content marketing solutions, including branded content, video, podcasts, influencer marketing, social management and digital media.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on content strategy and brand storytelling.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure seamless execution of content-led campaigns.
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets, tracking performance, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, understanding audience insights, and positioning the agency as a market leader in content marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in media, content marketing, or creative agency sales, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and seize revenue opportunities.
• A well-established network in the Melbourne market, with existing relationships across brands direct and agencies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to present and pitch at a high level.
• Passion for content marketing and a deep understanding of digital media, branded content, and audience engagement.
• A self-starter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
