National Sales Manager

Salary Package: $180,000 - $200,000 + Super + Tools of Trade
including a FMV
Location: Eastern Creek

We’re seeking a National Sales Manager to lead from the front,
developing strategy, coaching teams, and delivering results across
multiple locations. This is not just a management role—it’s an
opportunity to shape the future of the business and take ownership
of national sales success.

Key Responsibilities
 Branch Sales Management – Drive sales strategies, set
ambitious targets, and ensure branch teams exceed
expectations. Hands-on leadership is a must.
 Travel & Market Engagement – Regularly visit branches to
motivate teams, strengthen client relationships, and stay
ahead of market trends.
 Team Development & Coaching – Lead, mentor, and inspire a
team of sales professionals. Establish best practices, set clear
expectations, and hold teams accountable for performance.
 Attention to Detail & Commercial Acumen – Track
performance, analyse data, and refine sales strategies to
maximize profitability and growth.
 Strategic Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with
Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless
customer experience and business alignment.
