This is a highly regarded privately owned Manufacturing company. They are expanding their Queensland presence having recently opened a brand new manufacturing facility. Due to continued growth, this is a role that will grow and evolve over time. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this will be ideal if you thrive on accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Production Planning to ensure production efficiency
• Planning and scheduling of loads to ensure delivery efficiency
• Liaising with Office staff, Factory and Transport Supervisors
• Assisting other team members and departments as required

Ideally you’ll have the following skills;

• Experience in production planning and transport scheduling
• Working knowledge of transportation and load restraint
• High level computer literacy (MS Suite, Excel, aSa, ERP systems)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Well developed interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
• Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
• High level quality awareness

Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing transport industry will be advantageous.
