Role Overview:

As our Scheduler & Quality Control Officer, you’ll wear many hats! You’ll be at the heart of both the production and logistics side of the operation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain the highest quality standards across all products, while your scheduling genius will keep the wheels of production turning on time, every time. It’s a challenging yet rewarding role where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact. Flexibility is the key!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Scheduling Superstar:
Create, manage, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production and transport schedules. Collaborate with a variety of teams – from production managers to suppliers – to ensure everything flows like clockwork. Stay ahead of the game by proactively identifying and solving scheduling bottlenecks. Keep track of materials and ensure everything arrives right when it’s needed to keep production on track. Crunch production data to uncover new opportunities to boost efficiency and streamline processes.

Quality Control Champion:
Perform hands-on inspections and testing to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Record and report quality data and find solutions to any hiccups that come your way. Work closely with the production team to iron out any quality issues and ensure we’re always hitting our specs. Keep everything in tip-top shape by maintaining accurate documentation and conducting audits as needed. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to make our processes even better – from production to quality control.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree (Bachelor’s) in supply chain, operations, agriculture, or a related field (preferable but not a deal-breaker).
Experience in production scheduling and/or quality control (bonus points if it's in manufacturing or industrial!).
Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software (ERP systems).
A sharp attention to detail – precision is key!
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
A great communicator who loves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Someone who thrives under pressure and is always looking for ways to improve.
