Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage production schedules to optimise efficiency and resource utilisation.

Coordinate workflows, materials, and subassemblies to ensure seamless production processes.

Utilise the company ERP system to maintain accurate scheduling, inventory control, and production planning.

Align production capabilities with market demands to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate weekly customer communications regarding Manufacturing Capacity and Purchase Order Cutoff dates

Oversee the internal supply chain for goods inwards, ensuring a smooth flow of materials and products.

Identify optimisation opportunities and resolve scheduling complexities to enhance operational performance.

Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and execution of production plans.

Requirements:

Certificate in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management.

Proven experience in production scheduling and inventory control management, ideally within a manufacturing or composite materials environment.

Proficiency in digital scheduling tools and ERP systems, with a successful track record in digital transformation projects.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify improvements and drive efficiency.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
