BLACKROC are currently looking for a GM - SaaS Operations with a strong operational focus to lead the scaling phase of this SaaS business.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing the operational growth and optimization of both sales and customer success teams during a SaaS business scale-up.

You will drive efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure the successful implementation and growth of both SME and Enterprise sales teams.

The role in a nutshell:

• Lead and optimize sales and customer success teams during the SaaS scale-up phase.
• Oversee performance and growth of SME sales and customer success representatives.
• Refine processes for onboarding, churn mitigation, and customer retention.
• Drive system improvements and CRM optimization to support growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the CEO to resolve operational roadblocks and improve team performance.
• Represent the company in C-suite presentations, assisting, and occasionally leading sales calls.

About you:

• Extensive experience in SaaS operations and management, ideally having actively had a huge impact in the scaling phase of the business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
