About the role
Denver Technology is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our Project Delivery Services Team. The PM/BA will be an experienced and self-motivated professional with at least 8 years combined experience. This role requires the ability to successfully manage and execute both project management and business analysis tasks with minimal guidance. There is a focus on upgrades of systems and infrastructure to ensure they meet evolving business needs; as well as overseeing new site implementations.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Apply methodologies and frameworks to ensure orderly and controlled project delivery, while managing stakeholders and aligning expectations.
Effectively manage all project controls.
Workshop facilitation including stakeholder mapping, requirements gathering and prioritisation, risk management.
Perform process mapping and data analysis to define current-state and future-state requirements.
Provide assistance in pre-sales processes such as; drafting, reviewing and presenting proposals where appropriate
For the right candidate, this position could progress into a leadership role within the Project Delivery Services team. Suitable candidate will have experience in providing mentorship and guidance to junior project managers/business analysts in their team.
We will only be considering candidates based in Western Australia.

You will have:
Essential
At least 8 years’ [combined] experience as a Technology PM/BA
Advanced knowledge of project methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Lean etc.)
Prince2, PMP/CAPM, Certified Scrum or similar qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Professional stakeholder engagement and ability to build ‘trust-based’ relationships
Mentoring and/or leadership of more junior PM/BAs
Ability to concurrently work on multiple medium sized projects
Proficient with PM and productivity tools such as MS Project, Visio, Jira, MS DevOps etc.
Preferred
Tertiary qualifications in an applicable field
Worked across both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
Energy and Resources Industry experience
Experience working for a Technology Services Company
Familiarity with PSA (Project Support Admin) tools e.g. Mavenlink, Asana, Monday etc
