Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and productive support to financial planners.
• Manage workflows, ensuring adherence to timeframes and turnaround schedules.
• Respond to planner and client inquiries in a cooperative and efficient manner.
• Deliver Fund Manager information and research to planners, assisting in the preparation of client reviews and Statements of Advice (SoAs).
• Enter data into the Xplan software system.
• Produce and facilitate SoAs.
• Efficiently deliver marketing materials to planners, supporting new business objectives.
• Contribute to overall team KPIs and goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Enthusiastic and proactive professional attitude.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong administrative abilities, including workflow management and project scheduling.
• Ability to develop key relationships with financial planners, external product and investment managers, and support staff.
• A keen interest in financial markets, wealth creation and economics.
• Experience with Xplan software is a plus.
