About this role
As our Customer Service Officer, your mission is to handle customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat. Get ready to dive into a world of creativity as you collaborate with our team and clients to come up with new merch must-haves. This role includes addressing customer inquiries, sourcing products, and providing essential support to ensure smooth and effective sales processes.
You would posses a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company. This position offers excellent potential for career development for the right candidate, as we continue to expand and evolve.
What you'll do
Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from customers and suppliers via phone, email, live chat and in person.
Meet with customers and give them a tour of the showroom as required.
Generate unique and eye-catching product ideas and quotes that stand out from the crowd
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Keep up with the latest trends in the promotional industry and bring fresh ideas to the table
Requirements:
A passion for all things merch. If you get excited about cool giveaways and creative branding, we want you! Experience in the industry is not necessary however would be a great advantage.
A dash of creativity with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills. You'll be working closely with clients, suppliers and our team, so being a great communicator is a must.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease. We're a busy bunch, so strong organisational skills are key.
Previous customer service experience.
Able to plan and self-manage workload and priorities, even when working under pressure, with the ability to act quickly and decisively.
