Registered Nurse - Exciting Opportunity for New Graduates!

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join an established residential aged care facility on the Northern Beaches. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate or someone new to aged care to step into a supportive environment with an experienced leadership team committed to professional development and career growth.

What’s on offer:

• Hourly rate: $37 - $46 per hour + Super + Loading
• Permanent, full time role
• Rotating roster of AM & PM shifts
• Supported by an experienced leadership team including Facility Manager, Care Manager & roving Quality & Education support
• Convenient location based close to public transport on the Northern Beaches
• Immediate start available

About you:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Eager to learn with a compassionate approach to aged care
• Strong team player with excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in documentation and computer-based systems
