This role would be based in our Sydney office, and will support our Account Director in the implementation of our existing projects, as well as new and exciting campaigns around the country.

Our work is all about people, and as such, we are looking for someone who can engage with a large field team and get the best out of them. You need to be organised, logical and react well to sometimes strict time and budget restrictions.

You will be working on a huge variety of campaigns; from flash mobs to hit squad activity and festivals to shopping centre tours, with some awesome clients and brands. A key part of this role will be ensuring the right Mashers are booked on your campaigns (utilising our staff database, LiveForce), these Mashers are motivated and briefed for each campaign day; whilst providing campaign logistical support to manager and Client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNT HANDLING AND TEAM MANAGEMENT

· Receiving briefs directly from clients and executing activity with no assistance from your manager.

· Taking a leading role in early stages of campaign planning; providing valuable support and insight to clients and your team, ensuring campaigns are realistically budgeted, planned and feasible.

· Taking an active and day-to-day role in ensuring that all timings and expectations are met by your team, with all team members understanding the needs and objectives of the client.

· Ensuring all campaigns in the team are implemented to the highest of standard with professional communication at all times.

· Take responsibility for the development of all your team members.

· Managing poor performance within the team.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT

· Fully responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships through excellent campaign implementation and servicing.

· Responsible for all decisions made on each account, and understanding the impact of these decisions across both our clients and the Mash business.

· Anticipating client needs, and both exceeding and managing their expectations on campaigns.

· Strength in pre-empting, and resolving issues when they arise. Confidently and appropriately communicating these issues with the client.

· Managing and facilitating client entertainment and meetings.

· Working closely with your clients to help set realistic goals and KPI’s for a campaign.

· Ability to identify and pursue additional opportunities across your existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

· Responsible for managing any client conflict within your team.

FINANCIAL & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

· All campaigns are costed accurately and realistically; all costs generated by your team are double checked before sending to clients. Any changes to costs during implementation are accurately recorded and sent to the client.

· All Invoices are generated on time, accurately and in accordance with billing schedules.

· The job board is up to date, at all times and for all campaigns on your team.

· Trello is always accurately reflecting your team’s campaigns and any outstanding quotes being actively pursued and any significant wins/losses communicated to the senior management team.

· Understanding of team and company performance against monthly, quarterly and yearly targets, proactively working towards achieving these.
