About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the primary liaison between our agency and our diverse client portfolio, spanning both B2B and B2C across most verticals. Your expertise will be crucial as you navigate exciting briefs, manage client relationships, and oversee the delivery of cutting-edge digital, brand, advertising, and creative solutions that elevate brands and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions that meet client objectives
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including websites, digital marketing, and creative services
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign results to clients
• Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into client strategies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the agency's growth and success
About You
• Min 2-3 years of experience in account management within a digital, advertising, or creative agency
• Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and creative services
• Experience in managing website projects and integrated marketing campaigns, perhaps content and brand too
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• Ability to think strategically and translate client needs into effective solutions
• Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
