A Leadership Role with Stability & Work-Life Balance

Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a stable, part-time leadership role in a modern and thriving venue? Arrows Bistro at The Bower Tree is seeking a passionate Team Leader to help oversee operations and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Located in the rapidly growing suburb of Sippy Downs, The Bower Tree is a premium, two-year-old venue offering a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. This permanent part-time role provides a set roster with regular shifts:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

One Sunday per month

Shifts between 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and coordinating the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and customer service quality.

Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.

Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of service and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and reporting.

Knowledge of food safety and liquor licensing regulations, RSA certificate required.

A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work scheduled shifts, including one Sunday per month.
