Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Hours: 30–40 hours/week (includes weekends and evenings)

We’re a vibrant açaí and dessert shop in Degean known for our fresh ingredients, creative treats, and friendly vibes. From delicious smoothie bowls to sweet and savory desserts, we focus on quality and excellent customer service. We’re looking for an energetic and reliable full-time team member to join our growing crew!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve açaí bowls, smoothies, desserts, and specialty items

• Operate equipment (blenders, soft-serve machines, POS system, etc.)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude

• Handle cash, card transactions, and follow opening/closing procedures

• Assist with social media photos/content (optional but a plus!)

Requirements:

• Previous food service or retail experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Available on weekends and holidays

• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
