Team Leader – Front of House - Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of our Bistro operations. You’ll lead by example, guide and support staff, and ensure exceptional service is delivered to our members and guests. This visible leadership role also supports function setup and other front-of-house activities across the Club.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, training, and supervising a team of front-of-house staff

Managing shift logistics, including breaks, end times, and staffing levels

Delivering high-quality food and beverage service in line with our Club standards

Opening and closing the Bistro, ensuring cleanliness and compliance

Supporting the setup and service of Club functions as required

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to lead by example and work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings

Current NSW RSA and Safe Food Handling certificates
