The Role

As the Portfolio Manager, you will have a diverse role working from our Orange-based headquarters and collaborating with regional staff to provide exceptional logistical and administrative support.

This role is pivotal in maintaining high property standards that ensure outstanding experiences for both guests and property owners. The Portfolio Manager is accountable for the standards of cleanliness and upkeep of their portfolio by effectively managing and resolving cases, scheduling all cleaning and maintenance, overseeing inventory and supply logistics, and ensuring consistent high-quality property presentation.

By driving operational excellence, this role directly contributes to the company’s reputation for delivering unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Property Operations

Coordinate timely resolutions for all cases.

Ensure properties comply with all relevant policies.

Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships.

Quality Assurance & Standards:

Develop and manage maintenance schedules.

Coordinate, schedule, and follow up on property inspections, ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Administration:

Oversee vendor invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Coordinate inventory, linen, and amenity supply logistics for assigned portfolio.

Other Details

Location: based in Orange HQ office.

Qualifications: have or be willing to obtain NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration

Starting Salary: $68,000-$80,000 + super
