Salary - $90,000 to $130,000 inc Super based on experience

It’s an exciting time at Mandoe, with recent private investment we are growing both in Australia and overseas. As a result we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be the right-hand person to our Group Sales Director, supporting the sales team and function.

Your key duties will include:

Supporting the Group Sales Director with day to day

Drafting correspondence and reports on behalf of the Group Sales Director including preparation of presentations

Anticipating the needs of the Group Sales Director by planning ahead and being resourceful

Liaise with other key departments within the business & external stakeholders on behalf of the Group Sales Director

Monitor team action items, the sales database / pipeline and provide status update

Monitor inbound lead allocation and compliance

Pipeline management and forecasting

Monitor team action items, the sales database / pipeline and provide status update

Sales administration communication to the team and business

Investigate new technologies to deliver sales efficiencies

Monitor team action items, the sales database / pipeline and provide status update

Overseeing adherence to best practice processes and continuous process optimisation.

Facilitate software training online and KPI tracking for our international retail distribution team.

Support for large retail store clients based in the UK.

Training team for high level customer relations when approaching all retail stores.

Onboarding preparation for new starters including arranging hardware and any access rights

Take an active role in motivating the national sales team with bespoke events, sales conferences and coaching sessions.

Undertake special projects as and when required supporting our international expansion

Manage teams expenses and monthly commission claims

What you'll need to succeed

● You will have previously worked in a fast paced sales support role or you may have been a sales person looking to now work in an operational capacity.

● You need to have a good understanding of sales targets, KPIs and budgets

● You MUST BE Technologically savvy and highly proficient with Google Suite inc Gmail and Google Docs and Excel

● Have proven experience and understanding of CRM tools Hubspot and or Netsuite ● Be able to confidently arrange and manage various video conferencing systems, Zoom or Google Meet

● You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and have proven to be highly efficient with a sharp attention to detail.

● You will bring a positive attitude to the workplace, have a good sense of humour and an ability to adapt to different or challenging situations.

● A desire to learn, grow and play a key role in helping a sales department function efficiently and continuously improve
