What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Leadership & Business Growth

Oversee the sales, providing leadership, training, and performance management.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning.

Event Coordination & Marketing Support

Plan and execute industry event attendance.

Work closely with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and social media strategies.

Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Dealership Operations & Daily Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing the daily operational functions of the dealership.

Work closely with management to ensure smooth business operations.

Support inventory management, stock control, and administrative tasks as needed.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales and operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive, RV, or retail industry.
✔️ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

✔️ Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans for growth.
✔️ A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
✔️ Operational experience in managing dealership processes, stock, and daily tasks.

✔️ Motor Vehicle Dealers Licence highly desirable
