Job Details:

• Location: Canberra, ACT (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Splicing and testing fibre optic cables

• Fault finding using various fibre optic testing methods and network drawings

• Working outdoors to terminate and test fibre optic joints

• Completing handover documentation and capturing job photos

• Providing high-quality customer service and liaising with directors and clients

• Managing time effectively and working autonomously

• Supervising and training staff in fibre optic splicing and testing

• Assisting the Site Supervisor, Team Leader, and Project Manager as needed

• Supporting other areas, including Electrical and Construction, when required

• Driving company vehicles safely and ensuring proper maintenance

• Keeping all relevant licenses and certifications up to date

• Adhering to the company’s IMS system and procedures for compliance
