Videopro is seeking a full-time Resource Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Project Administrator, we are looking for a well-organised person with great attention to detail.
Your role:
Reporting directly to the Project Services Manager, the Resource Coordinator's goal is to enhance the quality and service provided to our customers at a project delivery level while also developing and improving professional capabilities that may lead to a project management role with Videopro in the future.
Key outcomes of this role are to support the members of the PMO through the provision of resource management and resource scheduling activity to achieve an always billable outcome for our technical delivery teams. Provision of administration functions ensures contracted deliverables are achieved during in-flight project activity. Project awareness and proactive engagement in our delivery portfolio are critical to the success of the role and our customers' experience with Videopro.
The Resource Coordinator will have visibility of all facets surrounding the successful delivery of projects in line with the goals and objectives of the organisation.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Resource Scheduling. Scheduling of all technical resources to project activities to achieve an always billable outcome. Coordination of Senior / Trainee teams.
Ensure non-stock materials, consumables, documentation, and miscellaneous items are on-site at time of installation effort commencement.
Site access. Ensure cost-effective parking & EWP hire are booked. Ensure cost-effective travel & accommodation are booked as required for project delivery resources.
Consumables management, reporting on resource efficiencies, reporting on spending.
Engage with supporting teams to ensure project-related effort is delivered in line with customers’ expectations.
Support members of the PMO by delivering on allocated project-related efforts.
About you:
Ability to be able to work within a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to be able to self-manage and work autonomously to strict deadlines.
Ability to listen and understand directions provided by members of the PMO.
Must be able to work outside standard hours of business (6 am-6 pm) and be able to work overtime as needed.
Experience in and/or exposure to the Audio-Visual industry.
Basic understanding of domestic, commercial, and industrial building site requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Strong administration skills
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Possess intermediate skills in MS Office
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Highly organised, with good time management skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment
Someone who uses their initiative and promotes process improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A proactive professional approach with a positive attitude
