Administration Coordinator $65,000 - $75,000 + Super (based on experience) Friendly working environment Secure long-term employment Location – Robina
Our Client values their employees and provides training and opportunities. Training and mentoring will be provided for any areas that you don't feel 100% proficient in.
About You:
- Previous experience working within the residential building industry preferred
- Minimum of 1-year administrative and customer service experience with consistent and at pace workflow
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Use of building industry software or CRM advantageous (but not essential, training provided)
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and face to face
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong spoken and written communications skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-site administration from receipt of signed building contract to job start onsite
- Monitor lodged building approvals to ensure jobs are progressing in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external parties to reach workflow targets for all projects
- Ensure procedures are followed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide timely updates to management and clients
