About the role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repair Coordinator within the Insurance Builder sector to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and oversee the repair process for insurance-related repair projects, liaising with contractors, home owners, and insurance providers
- Be the go-to customer care person for Australians in their time of need, seeking repairs after insurance events
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays
- Maintain detailed records and documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving any queries or concerns
- Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency of the repair coordination function
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Repair Coordinator or in a similar role within the insurance building or construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in using relevant software tools and systems, such as project management and customer relationship management platforms
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused approach
- Familiarity with insurance-related construction processes and regulations
