Gryphon is currently recruiting for an experienced, exceptional and dedicated EAP Services Coordinator to join our team in our Fortitude Valley office. This is a busy and challenging role, with plenty of variety and is for an immediate start. Intermittent travel may be required between Brisbane (Regional office) and Mackay (Head Office) potentially once per year for professional development and team building purposes.
About the Role
The EAP Services Coordinator is one half of a 2-person team, responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Manager, with regards to Corporate Client Management, as well as providing support to all other managers as required. Under the guidance from the Business Manager and collaborating to ensure the timely preparation of EAP Services as well managing the adhoc demands of requests for additional Formal Services on a daily basis.
Key Duties:
· Administer EAP Contracts, Reporting, Reviews, Onboarding new corporate clients, and Annual review updates, including system updates as required.
· Respond to general EAP requests, queries, and new business enquiries in the Business Manager’s absence.
· Liaise with internal Clinical Managers, and coordinate ongoing corporate client’s onsite programs, including logistical planning, and reporting.
· Formal Services – Timely action and response to corporate client’s request for services, including Critical response, Fitness for Work referrals, Conflict Resolution, Supervisor Support, and Better Sleep programs.
· Adhoc duties and projects as required by the Business Manager, and the business’s requirements.
Essential requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar customer service role.
· A professional and mature attitude and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy requirements.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact with corporate clients positively and empathetically.
· Exceptional organisational and work coordination skills.
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
· Highly motivated and flexible in their work attitude.
· Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, TEAMs and Zoom video platforms, online billing systems and reporting dashboards.
