The position

Reporting to the General Manager – South Australia with a functional reporting line to the Sales & Marketing Manager based in Melbourne, the Project Marketing Executive position is required to provide marketing support across our national portfolio of current land developments, with a primary focus on South Australia.

This includes:

Collaborating with internal teams / external agencies to create marketing materials and strategies.

Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery against both time and budget(s)

Assist with and organise / manage company events.

Develop detailed creative briefs for external agencies to support marketing goals.

Ensure marketing / sales listings are updated on real estate portals.

Analyse and report on marketing activities to monitor and improve performance.

Align marketing and sales initiatives (including styling on-site display offices)

About you

With a degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, you will have demonstrated experience in an internal marketing role or agency-based position. Prior experience in the Real Estate, Property, or Construction industry is a bonus but not essential.

Newland is looking for someone with strong stakeholder / relationship building skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to get the job done.
