About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The candidate will bring 9 years of venture capital and marketing experience (including internships in at least two overseas countries and across multiple industries, fluency in English, Mandarin, and basic Spanish, and a strong academic background with a university degree from a U.S.-based institution. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing projects, conducting market research, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Develop and support marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and drive engagement.
• Community Engagement & Event Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and execute events
• Project Management: Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including business development, project coordination, and market research projects.
• Content Development & Copyediting: Edit and refine investment memos and marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Graphic Design & Collateral Creation: Design visually compelling marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and EDM content.
• Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to gather insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Financial & Business Analysis: Develop financial summaries and reports communicating financial performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Proposal & RFP/RFQ Management: Support the tendering process (RFP/RFQ/RFIs) across the various business streams
• Team Management & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor interns, ensuring their professional growth while maintaining project success.
• Quantitative Property Market Analysis: Use quantitative analysis methods, such as discounted cash flow analysis, real estate finance, and financial analysis, to support strategic planning.
• Land Mapping: Apply economic analytical skills and tools such as QGIS to investigate land and property market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a U.S.-based university (Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred).
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Spanish (written and spoken) is desirable.
• Proven experience in startups and marketing, including campaign execution and growth strategies.
• Strong proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in marketing and data tools, including Tableau, Excel, Mailchimp, QGIS, and Adobe Indesign and Illustrator software.
• Experience in proposal writing and managing RFP/RFQ processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience in real estate finance, financial analysis, and property market research is required.
