Position Title: Marketing Content Creator / Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
The person we are looking for to fill this role of Marketing Content Creator / Coordinator is a dynamic and driven individual who is motivated to succeed and make a real difference within the company. This role is ideal for an A Player who is proactive, thinks outside the box, and continuously seeks to improve marketing performance and personal growth. The successful candidate will be comfortable challenging the status quo, looking for new ways to achieve better results, and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
This position is responsible for creating high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives. The role involves photography, videography, graphic design, website and social media management, and general marketing support. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience and will play a key role in enhancing the company’s marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and engaging with target audiences through multiple digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography & Videography:
Set up and capture high-quality photographs and videos of standard products for marketing use.
Organise and conduct photoshoots of products and company processes, ensuring visually appealing content.
Manage the company’s photo and video library for easy access by other teams.
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Edit and enhance visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics for digital and print marketing.
Design and coordinate the production of brochures, flyers, promotional gear, and other marketing materials.
Develop and design engaging Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs) campaigns for timely distribution.
Create compelling graphic designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Website Management:
Regularly update and maintain the company website with fresh and relevant content.
Ensure the website aligns with current marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
Experience with a WordPress-based CMS is advantageous.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging content.
Monitor and analyse social media performance, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Conduct regular competitor analysis of social media content (both paid and organic).
Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is preferred.
General Marketing Support:
Assist the Marketing Manager with executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital content, brochures, flyers, and product catalogues.
Analyse marketing performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to refine marketing strategies.
Oversee project timelines, event planning, and content strategy execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong drive and motivation to succeed.
Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo to achieve better results.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with WordPress CMS and HubSpot Marketing Hub is preferred but not essential.
Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to coordinate and manage photo and video shoots effectively.
