Brief Description:
Bid Coordinator or Manager with a minimum of 3 – 4 + years of experience supporting and coordinating the tender submission process for a commercial main contractor, including Tenders and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).

Role Responsibilities:
Assist the national Bid & Tender team with all NSW-based submissions, EOIs, and Tenders
Manage and coordinate the submission process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld
Maintain detailed tracking plans and monitor submission progress closely
Collaborate across departments to gather technical content and ensure alignment in messaging
Delegate tasks and oversee workflow to keep submissions on track
Organise and facilitate submission-related meetings, site briefings, and tender reviews
Compile, proofread, and edit high-quality tender documentation
Draft compelling content including executive summaries, team CVs, and project case studies
Support development of presentations for pre- and post-tender interviews
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members as required
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar bid or submissions role within the construction sector
Passion for construction and design, with strong attention to detail and presentation
Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of working autonomously
Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Well-organised and able to juggle multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
