We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Officer to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a commerce background or a junior accounts professional to contribute to our team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly billing of 2,000+ recurring customers

Resolve billing disputes and issues efficiently

Review and issue credit notes for customers

Review and approve sales orders

Calculate and process commission payments

Validate and correct customer data to ensure billing accuracy

Investigate and resolve billing queries with a focus on customer satisfaction

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure all billing is accurate and timely

Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and resolve issues

Ensure compliance with all billing policies and regulatory requirements

Contribute as a critical team member in the billing automation project to streamline processes

Requirements

A degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts, or a related field is preferred

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams

Experience with billing software or an interest in billing automation is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
