THE ROLE
You will be allowed to deal with a variety of tasks in this role and you will never have a dull or boring moment in this role. You will be the point of contact and critical first impression for inbound phone calls and you will also assist in ensuring customer satisfaction for orders processing and similar. If you are interested, we are more than happy to work with you and develop your exposure into other parts of the business as well in the long term.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Experience in a customer focused role
Strong understanding with purchasing and accounts experience.
Experience in orders of a technical product suite
Experience in generating invoices, GST reconciliation and Currency Conversion.
Great organizational and computer skills
Really positive and outgoing attitude
Exposure to ERP with specific reference to NAVISION (preferred) OR MYOB OR Xero
