We’re looking for a Laboratory Trainer Assessor to join our rapidly expanding team.

ABC are the Laboratory Training Specialists, providing training across multiple industry areas including: construction materials, mining, medical, food, commodities and export/import, pharmaceutical and environmental.

We are currently experiencing significant growth and are seeking high quality and experienced people who are passionate and wanting to share their knowledge and experience in laboratory operations and management.

Essential Criteria

Significant experience as a manager in a laboratory or field-testing setting.

Valid driver’s licence and own car

Hold relevant qualifications in Pathology, laboratory operations, a specialist field or science within pathological testing and analysis elements.

Understanding of NATA and/or TGA requirements

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills

Advantageous

TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Exposure and experience of chemical, analytical, physical and microbiological testing techniques; such as, but not limited to: (Spectroscopy, Chromatography, Wet Chemistry, Gravimetric, Force, Strain, TVC/Coliforms, BAX, PCR, Petri-film)

High level of computer literacy

Accuracy and attention to detail

Experience in the vocational education sector

Familiarity with WHS and Environmental legislation
