Role Overview:

As our Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for the ownership of Master Data Policy, inventory management & analysis, Systems implementation and lean processes. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and collaborate with the wider team to optimize inventory level and ensure that the business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Inventory Management including development and maintenance of master data policy (MDP). Manage new product introductions and the run-out of superseded inventory.

Maintain high Master Data accuracy and modify forecasts based on sales feedback. Provide root cause analysis for stockouts, develop corrective actions, and prepare inventory performance reports.

Optimise supply chain performance through analysis of supply routes, supply chain settings, and stocking locations to provide cost-effective solutions. Balance stock levels across multiple sites and coordinate reviews of slow-moving and obsolete stock (NPS).

Work closely with internal and external business partners to ensure supply plans meet requirements. Validate co-manufacturing supply plans and resolve supply and SAP PO misalignment issues.

Responsible for new systems implementation.

Identify opportunities for process improvements on inventory movement, implement data-driven solutions, and support major projects including new product introductions.

Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, and ensure adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E) standards.

What We’re Looking For:

A tertiary degree, APICS certification or ability to demonstrate equitable work experience.

Advanced computer skills (Excel, database management, MS Word) and strengths in data interpretation.

Prior experience of managing NPS, including doing RCA and managing warehouse stock take.

Working knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.

A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

A passion for creating positive customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.
