With our unique end-to-end delivery model, we're on the lookout for an HSEQ Manager who will uphold our renowned health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
About the Role:
The HSEQ Manager will play a pivotal role, ensuring that health & safety protocols are meticulously observed while placing a strong emphasis on quality control across all operations. As we pride ourselves on in-house capabilities, from design & engineering to O&M, your role in steering the team towards exemplary safety and quality deliverables is paramount.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the COO and collaborating with our cohesive team:- Advocate for, enforce, and monitor Greenwood's HSEQ policies and procedures.
Contribute to maintenance and development of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
Oversee the maintenance of a robust safety and quality control framework, ensuring that our deliverables consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Conduct comprehensive site inductions and internal audits, emphasizing safety, quality and environmental standards.
Lead regular toolbox talks and site walk-throughs with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring safety & quality remain a focal point.
Handle Incident Investigations with diligence, ensuring root causes are identified and addressed.
Champion continuous improvement, pinpointing areas for enhancement in both safety and quality.
Foster a culture where safety and quality are intertwined, guiding the team towards excellence in all endeavours.
Key Skills & Experience:
Certificate IV in Worth Health and Safety (or an equivalent or higher qualification).
Minimum of 5 years in an HSEQ senior or leadership role with a notable focus on safety and quality (ideally within the renewable energy, construction or related sectors).
Expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSEQ policies with a keen eye for quality.
In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Demonstrated success in leading safety and quality control initiatives aligned with business objectives.
First Aid, Construction Induction, Work at Heights tickets not essential but preferred.
