HSEQ Advisor – Build Culture, Not Just Compliance

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up from a coordinator role or an experienced advisor looking for a more supportive and people-focused environment.

You’ll work closely with the HSEQ Manager, supporting multiple live projects across commercial construction. Your job is to promote and uphold safety, quality, and compliance — but more importantly, you'll help create a culture where those things actually stick.

To be considered, you’ll need at least a Cert IV in OHS and proven experience in commercial construction. A diploma or degree is a bonus, but hands-on, relevant experience is what matters most.

The salary package is up to $135k, including super, plus a fuel card and E-tag.
