As part of our team, you’ll work on the games that thrill customers in Zero Latency venues around the world. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll collaborate with Product and QA teams to design, build, and test high-quality, engaging game experiences.

What You’ll Do

Enhance the Player Experience: Develop high-value features, create automation tools for faster releases, and customize game systems for new and existing customer sites.

Innovate & Adapt: Prototype new concepts, identify process improvements, and design efficient, well-structured code.

Drive Performance & Reliability: Develop automation for seamless deployment, enhance core systems, and contribute to best practices in game development.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in sprint planning, and assist in technical discussions to shape the future of Zero Latency games.

Own Your Work: Write, review, and document high-quality code while contributing to architecture and best practices that improve our development process.

What You Bring

Proven experience with Unreal Engine and C++.

Strong understanding of multi-threaded environments, networking, and game systems architecture.

Passion for Virtual Reality technology and the gaming industry.

Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make critical decisions.

Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work autonomously, remotely, and in person.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience.
