We are looking for a talented 3D Developer Programmer to join our team on a full-time basis in Perth, WA. As a 3D Developer Programmer your everyday responsibilities will include:

• Interpretation and Identification: Analysing and interpreting the project specifications to identify the program needs.
• Code Implementation: Writes and implements clean, efficient code based on project specifications, utilizing relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Testing and Debugging: Performs thorough testing, including unit and integration testing, and effectively debugs and resolves software defects.
• Technical Documentation: Creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including code comments, API documentation, and user guides.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participates in code reviews, contributes to team meetings, and communicates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solving and Innovation: Analyses complex technical challenges, proposes innovative solutions, and stays up to date with emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate either holds a bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification or has at least five (5) years of relevant experience as a 3D Developer Programmer. We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, excellent 3D skills as well as proficiency in ArchiCAD, Version Control Systems and multiple Raster Graphics Editing suites in addition to being able to write scripts for other Graphic Design packages.

The position requires you to work well under pressure and produce faultless, high-performance interactive 3D online experiences. High-level of 3D skills and knowledge of coding is required, and you must exhibit extraordinary proficiency in both technical execution and client communication.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience
• Experience in Three.JS, WebGL
• Advanced 3D Modelling techniques, High-Poly and Subdivision Surface Modelling, Topology Optimization and Retopology, Baking 3D Textures, Photorealistic Texturing, Normal/Bump Map Creation, UV Mapping and Unwrapping, Shader Development for 3D Assets, PBR Texturing and Shading, 3D Asset Optimization and LOD Management, Interactive 3D Asset Integration, Environment Modelling and Scene Composition
• Proficiency in programming languages JavaScript and Python (Bonuses if you are also proficient in C# and C++)
• Experience with scripting in Photoshop, Gimp, and Blender
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full-time position offering a generous salary between $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation to the right candidate (depending on experience).
