Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Developer Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions while ensuring system performance and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of application development, debugging, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis to assess system programming requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Identify technological limitations in existing systems and propose innovative enhancements to improve functionality.

Develop, update, and maintain high-quality program code in adherence to technical specifications and industry best practices.

Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve software issues, ensuring reliability and compliance.

Enhance and optimize CRM modules to support evolving business processes and scalability requirements.

Design and implement system integrations with external applications to enhance interoperability and operational efficiency.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization to maintain, expand, and improve existing software solutions.

Provide expert technical guidance on software architecture, system upgrades, and process improvements.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical manuals, user guides, and operational procedures.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, continuously improving system architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, programming, or system design.

Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in database management and cloud-based solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical processes effectively.

Proficiency in programming languages relevant to CRM and web application development.

Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation and instructions.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, software planning, and application lifecycle management.
