About the role:

Operating within Learning & Development, the Learning & Development Consultant partners with the University to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate innovative and engaging professional development solutions aligned with the ACU Capability Development Framework. Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, this role designs and implements responsive, evidence-based learning initiatives that integrate digital learning and blended delivery methods. Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Development, this role requires a deep understanding of University priorities and workforce development needs. By leveraging data-driven insights and best practice learning methodologies, the Learning & Development Consultant ensures learning programs are impactful, accessible, and aligned with ACU's evolving organisational and strategic goals.

What we offer:

The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.

Total remuneration valued to $121,117 - $131,031 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $102,346 - $110,723 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
