What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Community Support Workers.

Oversee daily operations and ensure top-tier service delivery.

Develop engaging, person-centered programs.

Handle incidents, conflict resolution, and reporting.

Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the community.

About You

Leadership experience in disability or community services.

Creative, energetic, and highly organized.

Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
