We’re seeking an inspiring Care Worker - Team Leader who’s passionate about leading, coaching, and delivering exceptional care.

The Role:

As the Care Worker - Team Leader, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Care Workers, ensuring quality service and providing mentorship. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, their families, and the operations team. This hybrid role balances hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, offering you the chance to make an impact both in service delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support Care Workers to deliver client-focused services.

Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Standards.

Develop client support plans, advocate for client feedback, and collaborate with Care Managers.

Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.

Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure team compliance.

Selection Criteria:

Relevant qualifications (Cert IV minimum) in Disability/Community Services, Nursing, Social Work, or related fields.

Proven experience in team leadership or service coordination in disability/community services.

Strong knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care Standards.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
