We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Team Leader to oversee our Disability Activities Program & Community team in Orange, NSW. In this role, you will guide a team of Support Workers in delivering high-quality programs and activities tailored to the needs and aspirations of individuals with disabilities.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of Support Workers in delivering programs and activities that foster independence, inclusion, and choice

Coordinate program planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure top-notch services

Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders

Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, policies, and standards

Collaborate with other teams to meet organisational goals and objectives

What You'll Bring

Over 5 years of experience in disability, community services, or a related field

Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating programs within the disability sector

Strong NDIS knowledge and applicable legislation

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities in living independently and making their own choices
