We have received a brief on a highly visible leadership role with on of our leading financial services clients.

Our client is one of the most progressive organisations in the country and they are looking for a "Head of" to drive the strategy, innovation and delivery across their client facing technology solutions and end-to-end digital customer experience.

You will guide and support the business with solution delivery, motivating and developing diverse teams, vendor management and helping lead their AI journey .

With proven leadership skills, your analytical mind, is coupled with excellent commercial acumen and a deep understanding of operational technology.

Key technical competencies for this role will include:

Experience in managing front-end digital technology teams

Expert level experience in strategic planning and execution.

Highly developed problem solving and decision making

Managing and delivering multi-business unit initiatives.

Contract and vendor management

Strong stakeholder influencing skills.

In addition to your strong technical skills, you need to be curious and passionate to embrace all engineering competencies where it’s more than just a job and you keep on top of new and emerging technology trends as a matter of interest.
