The Role

• Ensure the team is upholding child-safe policies and code of conduct
• Coach and mentor the team as well as develop progression plans where applicable
• Management of StoryPark
• Contribute and develop the Centre’s QIP
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key community groups and members to incorporate meaningful excursions into the educational plan
• Contribute to the leadership strategy meetings
• Centre recently opened in 2022 so it is yet to be assessed

About You

• ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Education and Care
• Valid paid Victorian WWCC
• Full work rights in Australia
• Experience in a leadership position in an Early Education setting
• Exceptional knowledge of the NQF, NQS, industry policy and regulation, Code of Ethics, mandatory reporting
• Highly proficient in dealing with conflict and subsequent resolutions

This centre is a uniquely, purpose-built service established in early 2022. Part of a larger organisation there are ample opportunities for growth and development.
