About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Educator at Little Joey's Early Learning Centre in Narre Warren East, VIC. We are seeking Full Time, Part Time & Casual Employees. As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

Observe and document children's progress, identifying their strengths and areas for growth

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children in your care

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community

Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Actively participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice

What we're looking for

Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children

Current First Aid, CPR, Food Safety, Mandatory Reporting and Working with Children Check certifications
